Every great work of Gods begins with the smallest of seeds. We know that God uses the most unlikely people to bring forth-great blessings. A shepherd boy with a slingshot defeated the mightiest warrior on earth. A baby born in Bethlehem saved the world from its sins. Gods' great works always start with small beginnings. Our dream is to reach the children of our community. It is our dream to help lead them in becoming strong leaders of tomorrow. To share with them hope, love and understanding. We desire to lead them to the tools of faith. Faith that will allow them to meet every challenge and opportunity God sends across their paths. At Edgemere Church of God, we as leaders are committed to the spiritual growth of all of "our" children. God has entrusted them to us to nurture their seed that they will accomplish great spiritual and social successes. God has blessed us with the privilege of serving your children today, that their tomorrow might be a world filled with HOPE.

Children's Outreach Ministries

HIS Kids Outreach Ministry was created to be a "Street-reach" tool. This ministry has enabled our special teams such as our clown and puppets to reach the streets and minister the Gospel to over 2 thousand people of all ages each year, as well as, meeting their spiritual needs. We also give away clothing, food, toys and plenty of candy and snacks. "His Kids" also holds special events throughout the year such as:

• Knick-o-lodean Slime Night
• A Fabulous Easter Egg Hunt
• A fun-filled week of Vacation Bible School
• Christmas Celebration

What makes our programs so successful is all the fun the kids have and the thousands of dollars worth of prizes we give away. Of-course the most important gift comes from God in the form of his Son. All of our activities are free and we offer van services forthose in need of transportation.
